Not sure?

Try it anyway!

Does EFT really work? PDF Print E-mail
Absolutely. But you have to do it. Just reading about it won't work. Get tapping! For an extensive list of case studies and success stories check out at the official EFT site.

Does EFT work for .....? PDF Print E-mail
Whatever you ended that sentence with the answer is… YES. You can apply EFT to any problem you can think of and in most cases, properly applied, EFT will either improve or completely eliminate the problem. This does NOT mean, however, that EFT can “cure” everything. It is still in the experimental stages and we still have a lot to learn about it uses. Also, a lot depends on the skill of the person applying EFT.

What is so great about EFT? PDF Print E-mail
For people who have consistent emotional problems and have tried various treatments including drugs and counselling, EFT may be the answer to a prayer. Because EFT…
  • often works where nothing else will
  • usually gives rapid, long-lasting and gentle relief
  • is very flexible and we can “try it on everything”
  • can be easily learned by anyone and can be taught by telephone
  • can be self-applied
  • often alleviates persistent physical problems

How is EFT different from TFT (Thought Field Therapy) PDF Print E-mail
TFT uses similar principles as EFT but requires the student to learn a variety of different tapping sequences (called algorithms) for each different problem. Each algorithm is designed to cover a specific issue such as trauma, phobias, depression, etc.

EFT, by contrast, uses only one comprehensive tapping routine to cover all issues. If you're interested you can check out the scientific evolution of EFT from TFT here The Evolution of EFT.
